The Ginkgo Biloba tree is reported to be the oldest living tree species.

Ginkgo is said to increase blood flow to the brain, which can result in improvement to short term and long term memory. Ginkgo has been used to relieve tension and anxiety and improve mental alertness, elevate mood and restore energy.

Ginkgo also acts as a powerful antioxidant and contributes to the oxidation of free radicals which are believed to have an effect on premature aging and dementia. Ginkgo may also help control the transformation of cholesterol to plaque associated with the hardening of arteries, and can relax constricted blood vessels.

Each 500mg capsule contains 120mg of concentrated Ginkgo Biloba extract (min.24% Glycosides).

Directions for use: Adults 1-2 capsules per day.
